    Next, I’ll assess your QuickBooks Online company file to identify the scope of work based on your needs and goals.

    You’ll then receive a tailored proposal outlining services, deliverables, and expectations.

  4. Monthly Rate

    An agreeable monthly rate will be included in your customized proposal.

    No hourly billing, no surprises. Just one clear monthly rate based on:

    • Scope of services

    • Complexity of work

    • Estimated time commitment

    This allows you to budget confidently and focus on results — not the clock.

  5. Ongoing Review

    As your business grows, your needs might change. We’ll review the scope of work as needed and make sure the plan (and pricing) still fits.
