Founder of Smothers Bookkeeping Co., I started this business with one goal in mind: to help fellow entrepreneurs feel confident and in control of their finances.

Before bookkeeping, I spent nearly a decade in the restaurant industry. During that time, I experienced the impact of mismanaged company finances firsthand—more than once. Those experiences motivated me to go back to school to study accounting and eventually start my own bookkeeping business. Be the change you wish to see in the world, right? As it turns out, I’m good at it—and I genuinely enjoy it. And don’t worry, I still love supporting local restaurants.

In my free time I enjoy spending time with my family, dancing, cooking, sewing, or planning my next great adventure.
